5th Grade Student Research Projects

    5th grade students were asked to create their own web pages to share what they had learned about a classical composer.  Students worked in cooperative groups to research their assigned composer over a three-week period.  They used both print and online resources (see each web page for Works Cited for links to their source sites). 

    Then, the students collaborated to create a "Composer News" web page, using Microsoft Publisher.  The pages include hyperlinks to their source sites, as well as sound links.  In many of their pages, they created imaginary interviews with their composers.
